Well, an international syndicate of fashion designers believes bumping off the old party-pooper’d do it. They force Jacobim Mugatu (Ferrell), a major designer himself, to find a vacuous mind to brainwash to do the job. But where, Mugatu cries, can he find someone that “beef-headed”?!
