What genres does your screenplay fall under?

Surreal comedy, with fantasy and romance elements.

Why should this screenplay be made into a movie?

I think it would be a unique experience, which is difficult in these everything’s-been-done times.

How would you describe this script in two words?

What movie have you seen the most times in your life?

Probably The Rocky Horror Picture Show, although ironically never in a cinema!

How long have you been working on this screenplay?

Most of it came in the first day or two, with revisions ongoing 4 months now.

How many stories have you written?

2 other short screenplays.

What motivated you to write this screenplay?

I never intended to write anything. It just popped into my head without asking.

What obstacles did you face to finish this screenplay?

First, not having enough material, then having too much. I kept thinking of things to add, then some more, then some more…

Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?

Personal liberty, music.

Any advice or tips you’d like to pass on to other writers?

Watch a lot of different types of movies, all genres, all eras, different countries. Even “bad” films. I’ve watched thousands, and it helps you visualise your own stories.
